Greetings
i have 2 pcs. windows 7 laptop and windows 7 desktop both wired and an ip camera wifi. From the laptop i can ping the camera, and from the desktop i cannot. i can also ping the camera from my android tablet. I've tried different ips, different cables, re-installing the OS on the desktop, shutting windows firewall, disabling antivirus but still no luck. My router sees and can ping all devices. i ran wireshark while pinging the camera from the desktop and i see in the capture "no response found" when i try to ping. Any ideas, suggestions ? Baffled.
