Would anyone here have experienced something like these two extremely damaging glitches?:
(1) Suddenly the text I just composed on my email, jumped all the way down leaving the entire page blank. Also the cursor arrow quivers many times, etc. This is EXTREMELY annoying and beyond. Even if I slide it right back up, it drops down again. It takes several repetitions of this until it turns to normal again. It happens several times a week or so. GRRRR!!!
(2) I get one of these 2 errors frequently.
Windows Live Mail is not responding OR:
Windows Live Mail has stopped working
It happens at any time when I’m doing just anything...or nothing at all. It deletes everything I’m working on! MS’ technicians should fix it so when it’s going to “stop working” it will give us time to save!!!
Why these glitches and what can I do to avoid them? Thanks so much for any help! Adela
