Hi guys.
This is my first post, and I am no great programmer, so bear with me here.
When my GF plays sims 4, suddenly the computer goes to a black screen and forces her to hit the restart button, since nothing is responding. I have read every post on the game forums about crashes and the only solution provided is to run the game in a windowed mode which has not helped in any way. Also, it is mentioned that there could be a power shortage with the PSU, but I would be surprised if this were the case. I did build this computer myself, so I bought a sufficiently powerfull PSU to the PC.
I have read that for people to help me I have to have the .dmp files and read them with the microsoft SDK tool. I have found some .dmp files which I guess are related to the crashes, but somehow microsoft SDK keeps getting errors while installing, so I do not know how to read these files.
Also, i cannot add the files under "upload a file" to this thread.
