Windows Vista/7 Users Folder

What do you guys think the change of the Windows folder changed from Documents and Settings to Users? Does it make any difference at all?

I assume you mean how it is different from older Windows OS such as Win 95/98. The change was to give the ability to have multiple users on a single computer, each with their own files & settings.
