Windows critical update

I have a restore point indicating that windows installed a critical update but when I checked the windows update history I don't see the update in the list. Is this a normal thing for Windows critical updates?

If you go to Control Panel > Windows Updates and select "View Update History", then click on Date Installed (so it is sorted by date). Are there any updates listed on that day? Note: In the list, Important = Critical
