As a computer novice, I need some help, please.

I've recently upgraded the family computer and now have a processor with Windows 7. It is set up with an admin account and three other standard user accounts.

The admin account is able to run video clips (youtube etc) and radio clips (bbc) without any problems, but for some reason the three standard users aren't able to do the same. No error message is shown. The clips just don't play.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks

Hi Lund - Welcome to w7forums

I usually only deal with one account so bare with me while I ask a few questions.
Which accounts have you installed Adobe Flash from?
Sometimes you have a choice of installing the apps to the one account or all accounts.
Have you installed Adobe Flash on all accounts or just the admin account?

Thank you for the reply.

I haven't downloaded Adobe Flash onto admin or other accounts. Even so, the video works on the admin account.

I'm thinking it must be a permissions thing on the admin account. It's just that I don't how to change them.

On the other hand, I could be completely wrong.
