Windows 7 Prof rebuild licence issue

Hi All,

I performed a win 7 prof rebuild today on my dell pc.

I have the product ID and service tag but don't have the licence key to activate windows.
When I was doing the rebuild the data was formated.

Can dell supply me with the key to activate windows if i give them the product ID and service tag?

Is there a way I can retrieve the licence key ?

Thanks guys would appreciate any feedback
