Windows 7 HDD Won't Boot

Hi, I have a question about my Windows 7 hard drive. I found a hard drive and plugged it into my PC. It shows the logo but then reboots. Is there any solution for this?

Just plugging in a Win 7 hard drive from another computer will rarely work. First off the license is likely not transferable making it illegal to use. But the biggest issue would be the numerous drivers needed to make Win 7 work with the motherboard, sound cards, video cards, network cards, etc. of the new computer.
