how to transfer Files from Old HDD with Windows 7 to Windows 11 Laptop

Hello,

I have an old PC running Windows 7, and I'm looking to clean the HDD. Is it possible to connect this HDD to my Windows 11 laptop and delete all the files from it? The PC is quite slow, making it difficult to remove these files directly, and I don't have a disk to reinstall Windows for a factory reset.
