Am having issues with Autosleep not working in my new Win 7 Machine. Tried the ideas in http://social.technet.microsoft.com...f/thread/345fdfb9-2c4d-4276-be7b-8738ad6b7d03 including the clean boot idea http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-us
but even after stripping away the microsoft services still will not autosleep - I can get the machine to sleep however by pressing the sleep button on the keyboard !!
- have also changed various power settings in BIOS to no avail & removed the Avast Antivirus - also no help
- it would be great to get sleep working again especially to get it to sleep after recording using Windows Media Centre - I have a feeling it worked prior to enabling my Leatek DTV1000S TV Tuner Card ? but not sure.
