My PC has windows 7 Ultimate 64x. I made an upgrade by adding SSD, since that hell started. the PC is mad and stopped occasionally and randomly after migrating Windows 7 from HDD to SSD. I updated all drivers and could not find help.
another thing is making me mad. If I tried to install Windows 10 or 8.1 the PC stopped during or after the install.
could anyone help me please. I'm hopeless with that issue.

Motherboard: GA-H81M-S1
Memory: 4*2 GB Crucial.
No dedicated graphics.
HDD WD Blue
SSD Kingston A400 240 GB
