create recovery disc for windows 7 error message unspecified error (Ox80004005)

When trying to create recovery disc for windows 7 it comes up with error message system repair disc could not be created Unspecified error (Ox80004005) How do I create the disc for recovery by correcting this error message or how do I get around the error message. I need to create recovery disc in case of problems please tell me how to do it.
