I know what language is it, it is Georgian one of ancient language in the world. but why i have like that mixed fonts, is it browser problem?

Just a guess but ...
An html page usually specifies the fonts it wants and if you have it installed then your browser will use it, if you don't have what the page specifies then it will use defaults or possibly what it considers a close match. If you have a Georgian font installed then it's quite possible it gets selected as a default or substitute.
