w7 cmd.exe properties window different

Hi to all w7 faithfuls, I am a new member and this is my first post.

I am the Administrator and I am trying to gain Elevated Privileges ( I am denied sfc/scannow) through cmd.exe > properties >rt click which gives me a properties window with few options/command tabs. Other sc. shots posted on line show a 'properties' window with more tabs - 'compatibility' shortcut' 'security' and more. Why is my properties window here so different?
