move from cmd.exe 32 bit to cmd.exe 64 bit

morning
i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. when i execute my commande console (cmd.exe) i have an error message that talk about an incompatibility of my command with my operating system.
i thing the problem is that my consol command cmd.exe change (i don't know how and when) to 32 bit OS.
can anybody tel me what to do?

I don't think cmd.exe is to blame. Rather, as it says, the command you're trying to execute.

What command were you trying to execute?

i want to go to the concole ms-dos. i run cmd in the run option on start and it appears the error message.
