Using CMD do deactivate cpanel access

Hi, I wish to use CMD to deavtivate the control panel block access found in gpedit.msc. Any idea what command I would use to do this?

Do you mean you don't know where the entry is located in gpedit.msc?

If you are asking for a way to get around the limitation administrators set on your computer. I know of no command to do that. It wouldn't make sense for W7 to allow administrators to lock it and then offer a command for users to override it.
