For whatever reason, Windows 7 can't handle receiving files larger than about 200 kb over Bluetooth from my phone (Nokia C3-01). The transfers fail at about 20%.

Transfers work just fine on Windows XP.

Small files of under 200 kb do transfer though, but that is a small comfort when I want to move 5 MP pics off the phone.

I have installed the Bluetooth drivers offered by Asus for my EeePC 1001pxd.

Did you ever figure this out?

I don't really use bluetooth for anything but my nephews mouse and keyboard so the only thing thing that popped into my head was some sort of handshaking that might be making it loose connection. Like when I used to go to chat servers, every so often the chat server would ping me and if I had blocked that IP address & port then the server would disconnect me because it thought I had pinged off.
