SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (RTKVHD64.sys)

So I just got Call of Duty 4, and for some reason it would crash at launch, so I found a fix online where you go to control panel>hardware and sounds>sound>recording, right click and select "show disabled devices" and now "Stereo Mix" would show up and if you enable it, you can run CoD 4.
But after several minutes of playing I get a BSOD with the message "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (RTKVHD64.sys)"
I asked on another forum but no answers there, can anyone help me out please? It seems to be a problem with the sound drivers but I how no idea where I would even start.
I'll upload the minidump.
I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro btw.
Thanks

This is a W7 forum so you should really post your question in Win8forums.com but to answer your question, you already have the newest Realtek High Definition driver (May was the last release & yours is dated May 14, 2014).

You can either try an older driver or see if you can find a game patch.
