Supposedly running an illegitimate Win7 Home Premium version

I am receiving frequently the message: On this PC is a non legitimate version of Windows 7 running"
A real nuissance (keeping it politely).
Received already 3x assistance from Microsoft support. From their office they have tried to solve this problem by deleting and reinstalling the Win7 product key. Also by removing from it from the register and by reinstalling it.
They operate by the command line mode.

Service door Microsoft Dossier # 1372091746 on 26 January 2017. door Gerrit K.
So far no solution.
My PC system info says: windows is activated. A product code is given also.

This sounds like they do not see exactly the cause of this problem

Same with me keep asking for product key I type it and they send same thing over and over I give up they want me to buy another key. And is not garante its going to work
