Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
I am using some software that requires frequent reference to a folder in Windows Explorer.
This folder is selected by the software.
I view this folder in the "Extra Large Icons" mode, to look at thumbnail pictures.
After the 4th row of icons scrolling down is required to access the later (lower) rows,
from which I select a file.
Once selected the software then operates on the selected file.
When that's done, I need to move on to the next file,
but when the software opens Windows Explorer again,
it is not where I left it: the page has scrolled back to the beginning
so I have to scroll down again.
I have to do this for every operation / iteration cycle of the software.
The behaviour is manifest in other applications where frequent reference to WE is needed.
Is there any way to inhibit this "automatic" scrolling ?
