Software and driver adapter

I installed Windows 7 OS 64 bit in my Dell Desktop Inspiron 580s. The installation CD they sent me is not complete, as far the system and application is concerned. My setup went smoothly, but cannot connect online due to connection error Code: 0X80070057. Went to check my Device Manager and found out that Realtek RT l8101 E Family PCI-E Ethernet needs to be updated. How do I search a new updated version of the driver and install the driver adapter in my computer. Thank you
