Slipstream SP1 to a windows 7 32bit universal iso

how to slipstream SP1 to a windows 7 32bit universal iso. I tried Rt7 lite which can only slipstream sp1 to one version (starter,home premium,professional and ultimate)
in one time,resulting in 4 or 5 iso images

currently i have the universal iso and the ultimate iso (both 32bit) without sp1

It would be easier to just download the SP1 ISO. Then you could edit and make it a universal ISO.
