BSOD after fresh install of Windows 7 Pro SP1 64x | BCCode 1000007e

Hello, i recently did an installation of windows 7 pro sp1 64x, everything works fine except the following... Windows Updates doesn't work at all Error code C80003FA, BSOD pops up every 60 min or so, and other BSOD pops up randomly. I already tried to do some fixes my self but no luck.

I can attach a compressed file of my .dmp files if you guys mind.

Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3 rev6.0
Memory RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866 MHZ
Graphics Card: EVGA FTW NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti
Power Supply: Corsair CX500M
HDD: Western Digital Black 1TB

another BSOD struck again, this happens pretty frequently. I would much appreciate for help as soon as possible.

new dump files are coming out hot of the oven. i might reinstall windows 7 pro sp1 64. since i didn't delete partitions. maybe that will knock off BSOD.

no luck. i reinstalled windows and i get MEMORY_MANAGEMENT again.
