Rundll32 Has Stopped Working On startup only

Everytime my pc starts up (Vista Premium) atleast 29 dialog boxes appear stating:

Rundll32 Has Stopped Working

I have no Nero software on my pc and have not installed any new software. Could anyone assist with how to fix this problem?
