old version ms office 97

Can office 97 be installed in 32 bits windows 7 and 64 bits windows 7 without any problems?

I don't have it to try, but I would guess it would work OK - but you may need to use compatibility mode. Outlook may be temperamental as I remember some people having problems using Outlook 97 in Vista.

However, that software is 12 years old now and there are some free alternatives that will work much better :)

Try giving Open Office a go : http://www.openoffice.org/
