Network Windows Explorer does not update

Hi!
When updating files on my W7 Starter mini, if I view the file on my W7 pro networked machine, it does not show in windows explorer network that it's been updated.
However, on all other machines in the network, it does show that the mini file has been updated.

A real mystery to me. And to everyone else I've mentioned it to.

Further Info regarding not reading correct network Files

I have found that my W7 Pro machine is treating my W7 Starter drive as if it is offline. I don't know how to put it online so that it reads and updates the files on the W7 Starter machine when it is connected to the network.
Can anyone please give me some advice on this? It seems strange that it doesn't seem to know that the W7 Starter machine is on the network but all the other network machines do.
