Network not working with one computer

Note: All computers are Win Pro 64. Have a home network that have been using for a number of years. Had a laptop die, replaced it with a refurbish Dell Latitude. Use a network printer attached via USB on a desktop. I can print from the Dell to Desktop printer. The Dell can see and open all shared doc on both desktops. Both of the desktop can see any doc on the Dell. When I open network from both desktops no printer is shown on Dell. Only shows USER share. Click in USER shows DEFAULT only. Click on DEFAULT show my shared folders. Click on any folder is states FOLDER empty.

Control panel - System - Computer name, full computer name, computer description are all Lyn-E5540-Dell. Workgroup- workgroup.

Name on Network is Lyn-E5540-Dell

I have played around for some time now. At one time I think it may have said name of network computer does match computer name.

It seams only one desktop cannot access the Dell. It states "Lyn-E5540-Dell cannot be found" check spelling
