cmd networking problem

So this question is probably easy for most of you but I am new to this, I came across this question and I cannot find a solution (I posted on a few different places and asked everyone I know, Google was no help :) ).

a tech has changed computerA's IP address from 198.168.10.1 to 10.10.10.20, and now computerB cannot connect to the fileshare on computerA. using the command line resolve the connectivity issue.

ComputerA
ipconfig:
10.10.10.20
255.255.255.0

ComputerB
ipconfig:
10.10.10.30
255.255.255.0

I wrote the ipconfig and it shows this, I have no idea what else to do. any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!!
