Netframwork of windows 7

when installing all the windows netframwork on 7 he said:

it's simple yar , no need to install network frame work 2.0, windows 7 is having 3.5.1

steps:
1. Go to control panel and then click programs
2. In programs and features click turn windows features on or off
3. Check microsoft .netframework 3.5.1
4.Click ok

wot aviyt visual c 2005 & many programs requere this , but arent it old ?

Windows 7 has all the .NET frameworks already installed. No need to reinstall them.
