Update downloads and installs but will note configure, system reverts back to before download;
happened 4 times since 7/2

Hi everyone, im new in the forum and im looking some help, im getting an error running 2018-10 Security Monthly Quality Rollup Win & x64 (KB4462923) tried to install in safe made as well, getting same error.... cant be installed, i apprecate if someone can give me any help to complete this update. Thanks a lot.. Hugo

Check to see that you have KB3177467 installed, as it is a prerequisite for KB4462923
