dear torrent

thanks for the quick response. i have posted thsi query on customer care lemon and no reply since last 48 hrs.

You said isntall the driver which driver should i install it mentions driver 32 and driver 64. when i click driver 32 it says wrong application. and when i install the driver should i keep my hsdpa modem connected to PC.

actually i installed the software as i got a shorcut on my desktop of people logo but on clicking it, it says data card not inserted [have resinserted nd checked but same error]. also my control panel does not show 3g modem program [program files shows that folder] and when modem is connected to USB it does not get detected. i checked on other win xp pc and it was working fine so i guess my problem is incompatibility of windows 7.

sorry to bother again

The installer I posted from their site has a setup.exe in it. If you run that, it will install either the 64 or 32 bit driver applicable for your version of Windows installed. It contains both, each in a separate folder.

If it isn't working well for you, then yeah, best bet is to find out from the company.
