HP dv6000 Audio Failure

Hi! i have a HP Pavilion dv6000 P/N FH919LA, i installed the driver from HP site, Win Vista 32 bits, whit compatibility mode, but the laptop no have audio, the icon of sound have a red "x" and i don´t know what to do! can you help me please?

Hi fioster, welcome to the forums

If you uninstall all of the audio drivers and then manually run Windows Update, does that find any audio drivers for you? It can usually find and update most of them.

I did a search on the Windows Update Catalog and it looks like it should have it:
