Problem with using front headphone jack and rear audio inputs

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I produce music, I have line in and mic in plugged into my guitar amp, and I'm trying to figure out a way to make this sound go through my front headphones but have all other media played through my speaker (plugged in the front speaker jack). I do have the ''make front and rear output devices play two different streams simultaneously but I can't seem to figure it out.
