help me on how to enable hardware acceleration in acer aspire 5336

i want to insall intel emulator acceleraion(HAXM) but it showing the following error message:

"This computer does not support intel virtualization technology (VT-x) or it is being exclusively used by Hyper-V, HAXM cannot be installed.
please ebsure Hyper-V is disabled in Windows Features, or refer to the Intel HAXM documentation for more information".

And i have checked the system setup but i doesnt find the hardware acceleration (HAXM) please help because i want to develop android app for my project

Intel VT-x would be present at the hardware level, it's not something you can just install.
