having trouble connecting to internet due to network adapter

Ok. So I just installed win7 ultimate.
When I try to setup the Internet windows gives me this error. "Windows did detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter you will need to reinstall the driver."

That is my problem. Not sure what to do.
Sorry doing this from my cell.

Hello Digga,
GO to your manufacture website and download the network adapter driver for your laptop or motherboard(if it is desktop).
As you unable to connect the pc without network adapter driver download it from another pc through flash disk (USB) and install it in your pc.
