Ive tried almost everything that Ive Searched for about this game.
Made these Files GTAIV.exe and LaunchGTAIV.exe
Compatibility mode with Windows XP (SP2) (SP3) and Windows 7.
When i click LauchGTAIV.exe it starts up RGSC and then i click Play online, it logs in and then disapears as if it were going to start and nothing happens.
When i click GTAIV.exe it gives me.

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV\xlive.dll ie either not designed to run on Windows or ir contains an error.
Ive reinstalled the game almost 3 times now and checked with steam to make sure the Integrity of the cache was ok. It is. Im getting really upset with this game and really. really want it to work. If anyone can help me please.
