E-mail account has been hacked - scam e-mail?

I went to a risky website and someone has sent me this message:-

Then the message appears in a box demanding money. Tried to copy and paste but it doesn't work.
Viewing source gives this information:-

<html><body><img src="cid:att_img_350660"></body></html>

Here is the screenshot:-

It says that file is too large.

So, I attach the screenshot.

I use Win7 Pro and Antivirus Avast, MSE, Malwarebytes (No problem).

How the hacker created my email account to send me this email asking for money.

I am 87 years old.

Hi @nijjhar, don't worry about that e-mail, it's a common scam that is sent out on mass to lots of people - they're just hoping that a few people will be concerned and pay up. It's easy for them to make e-mails that appear to come from someone else, unfortunately (although it's highly unlike they have access to your e-mail account).
