Since Win7 does not have a native e-mail client, always state which you
use.

Assuming WLMail:

Where the From line contains people
Highlight it with color & Stop processing more rules

Click on Color in the last box and choose the color you want.

Click on Contains and Add the addresses you want, *one at a time*.

All the following applies to WLMail as well as OE.

In general:

Have all rules that Delete it from server first.

Rules that divert mail to folders next.

All others last.

Make sure that every rule also has Stop processing more rules checked,
unless that option is grayed out.

Thanks. Bruce, I will work through your suggestions. I had it working fine
in OE. I will get back to you:)

Just a hint- hardly anyone (and no one with any surfing savvy) would click
on a tiny URL link. Lord only knows where it goes. You probably aren't
trying to spread any malware, but with the number of nuts out there, who
knows about the next guy?
(I have done the same in the past with tiny URL, but was chastised severely
in another group :-} )

Thanks Tom, this what I was trying to convey, but the URL is very big.

Just copy the URL and prefix preview:

Then paste it into your browser address bar.

You are correct of course, Tom, but in this case, Emrys is now a trusted
poster here so I did click on it. In general though you are right and it is
best not to do it:)

Good advice:)
