I decided to dual boot windows xp and win7 both OS on seperate drives. Everything seems to work fine except that i can not connect to the internet. It says that the driver for the network controller is missing. this is in the PCI Bus 1. I have a Dlink wireless card plugged in and have isntalled the utility. Tried using vista 64bit drivers but to no avail. Pretty pointless for me to use it with no internect connectivity. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. And everything works well on the xp side. thanks

Have you tried forcing the Vista 64 drivers in the device manager?

yes but for some reason it wont accept it, it looks to me like its not reading the wireless card in the PCI slot

You have tried Vista Compatibility mode for the install?
How about trying the Xp drivers in compatibility mode also.

If you let us know the full name of the wireless adapter we might be able to find some better drivers for you. :)
