Blocking web addressess

I don't know where to post this. I'll try here;
I am using WIn 7 Pro 64 bit. I use IE11 and Firefox 60.0.3 (until they update). I want to prevent access to certain web sites in IE11, but allow access to those sites in Firefox. Can this be done? If so how?
