Which of the below optional updates are safe to install from the embedded windows 10 upgrade popups?

the free upgrade has ended so none will install w10 but to find out what an update does you have to search each KB # to see the effect.
For example the first one in your list can likely be skipped as it just evaluates your system for potential upgrade. See HERE.
Just change the numbers at the end of that URL I linked to 3078667 to see the next one and so on.
