Dears, please inform me how to convert windows7 OS into 32bit from 64 bit without Setup OS

It's not possible. Switching to the 32-bit OS requires a fresh install.

As TM stated, you will have to do a clean install or as Windows 7 calls it a "custom install".

You'll need the correct X86 drivers and such also to complete the new install.
