Windows 32bit product key used on 64bit

I have Windows 7 professional 32 bit OEM and wish to install Windows 7 professional 64 bit OEM. Will the 32 bit product key work on the 64 bit version? If yes, where can I download the ISO for the 64 bit version?

Not likely and that is because, unlike "retail" Windows licenses that come with both 32-bit and 64-bit installations disks, 32-bit and 64-bit OEM licenses are sold separately. So even if the key worked, it would not be a legal installation.

If you want to upgrade from an OEM 32-bit to 64-bit, you need to buy a new license.
