XP Mode Config Files Corrupted

Suddenly, my XP mode does not come up and I get the following box Message:
"Could not register the virtual machine ... because the configuration file does not exist. You should create a new configuration file for the virtual machine."

Great info --How do I do this????

You are missing the .vmc file. If you go to "C:\Users\vinodata\Virtual Machines" folder and view content of related .vmcx file you can see the vmc file which VPC is unable to find.
