windows live mail

When I first started using windows live mail version 2011 all my mail was going into my inbox as well for my spouse's account. We do not use sign-in. Just get the email from my ISP and read it. However for some strange reason all of our email goes into the junk folder. You see it briefly for a second go into the inbox then immediately into the junk folder. Even checking all the settings in options still does not correct this. Does anyone I mean anyone have a solution? Thanks Vince

PS I am using windows 7 as well this forum. Thanks Vince

Log in to WLM and see if you have it set to "Exclusive" as described HERE by Hedda A. If so then adjust your settings to something less restrictive.
