Windows 7 x64 shows this BSOD every time it shows the account picture at startup

bsod.jpg This is the worst and scariest thing I've seen Windows 7 did. Every time I try to enter the password, not even pressed a key, it shows this BSOD screen. WHY??? But I found a solution, is just to reinstall Windows.
