Windows 7 to Windows 11 Upgrade Script Error

My Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 keeps prompting me to upgrade because it's outdated. I've attempted to upgrade to Windows 11, but I keep encountering some sort of a script error that I can't resolve. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
