I have a netbook Dell and it will not start it wont do a repair or anything . I have setup discs but cannot use them for my net book has no cd drives what should I do]

Created a bootable USB using the information on one of these pages

1. How To Make Bootable USB from http://www.intowindows.com/
2. Install Windows 7 from USB from http://icrontic.com/
3. How to Install Windows 7 from USB? Microsoft Launches a New Utility from http://www.windowstalk.org/

Then you can use a Bootable USB Stick to do a Windows 7 Install or Repair
