Web cam not working

My integrated webcam is not working. As I am trying to update in driver manager it is telling driver is up to date. Then I uninstalled it and while installing it was showing sm bus controller missing.
I updated the chipset drivers from both dell and intel websites and still its its not working.
I am using Dell vostro 2420 with intel I-3, windows-7,32 bit.

There are 3 driver packages listed at Dell under Chipset, you should have all 3 installed. I see absolutely no drivers listed for a webcam.

I suggest if those drivers don't help that you contact Dell support.

You install 3 driver package .You will check all the drivers and uninstall the unwanted drivers.Otherwise the process is slow..You will update the chipset drives.You will try the problem is solved and the webcam is working.
