I recently bought Dark Souls on PC and needed a controller to play it, so I downloaded MotionJoy to use my PS3 controller. Ever sense then, I've had crashes when the usb cable unplugs itself from the connector, its a fairly loose connection so it does come out somewhat frequently.

We need the actual DMP files as who crashed (and blue screen view) are wrong as often as they are right

We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to spot trends and confirm the cause.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask
